Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AR/VR, sustainable AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and integrate cutting-edge startups
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and ROI tracking for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
