Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through internal incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech evolution
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions to production
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, neurotech, and climate-tech ecosystems
- Experience securing $50M+ in strategic R&D funding
