Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, C-suite executives, and external stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Futuristic Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI/ML integration, predictive analytics, and next-gen networking protocols.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate business objectives into robust technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges with innovative solutions.
