- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and environmental variables
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation teams on future-state opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and sustainable tech
- Advise product development teams on 5-year technology integration roadmaps
- Monitor global R&D breakthroughs in quantum, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis with industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent analytical rigor
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of predictive accuracy in trend forecasting
