Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning Framework
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech disruptions to business opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future State' strategic briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish industry-wide partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify market readiness for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record translating exponential tech trends into commercial blueprints
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI development, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author in technology forecasting or innovation strategy (preferred)
