Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives
