Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for long-term organizational positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future-state blueprints
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling storytelling
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype future-facing concepts and validate market readiness
- Author forward-looking thought leadership content and industry trend reports
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early signals of paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for trend modeling
