Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption patterns through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on geopolitical and economic megatrends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Design and implement strategic frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile environments
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking methodologies and ethical foresight practices
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using data visualization and compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent professional designation
