- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our immersive Future Leadership Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology leadership
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent expertise
- Published research in exponential technology convergence patterns
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate AI
- Certification in Scenario Planning and System Dynamics modeling
- Experience securing $50M+ innovation budgets
