Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to map technology, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Author high-impact scenario reports and white papers for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and emerging tech startups
- Design and deliver executive training programs on exponential technology adoption and disruption forecasting
- Oversee the '2026 Impact Index' – our proprietary tool for measuring organizational preparedness for future disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
