- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for board-level adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate planning
- Identify and evaluate emerging markets for first-mover advantage
- Present trend analyses to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (2008, 2020, etc.)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
