Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Translate future scenarios into executable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives across product, R&D, and marketing divisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
