- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Establish proprietary forecasting models using predictive analytics and AI-driven trend detection
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and executive briefs on future market disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Design organizational resilience frameworks for exponential change environments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) or equivalent credential
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
