Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps identifying disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 market landscapes
- Conduct ethnographic research to forecast human-tech interaction paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author white papers on future workforce automation and societal impacts
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on disruptive technology
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on future-proofing strategies
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
