You'll develop scenario-based forecasts and roadmaps that will position our organization at the forefront of industry transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ landscape
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce executive reports on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to align innovation with future market demands
- Monitor competitor strategies and disruptor movements
- Advise leadership on long-term capital allocation decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Experience with forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in future trends
