Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and socio-economic domains
- Develop scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and reports
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurism innovation lab
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios
- Expertise in trend analysis, data modeling, and scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with AI-driven trend forecasting platforms
