Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal megatrends through 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Produce actionable scenario plans and roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging trend adoption and market readiness
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in visualization tools
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
