Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching technology roadmap aligned with our 2026 corporate vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to launch next-generation products.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies, including advanced AI models and decentralized systems, into existing workflows.
- Conduct market analysis to forecast technological trends and ensure the company maintains a competitive edge through 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for strategic R&D projects.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and ROI of strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling complex software or SaaS products from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, particularly generative AI, machine learning, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
