Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the flagship 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align strategic goals and milestones.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Present regular progress reports, KPIs, and strategic insights to the executive leadership team.
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance across all project teams.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure the 2026 initiatives anticipate and meet future industry demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, product management, or tech consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, multi-year technology initiatives from conception to launch.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
