You'll leverage proprietary predictive analytics and trend intelligence frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities before they enter mainstream consciousness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with 2026 impact potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-state business models
- Author quarterly trend briefings and strategic white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $5M+ annual investment budgets
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and data scientists
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year future strategies for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic planning
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and board of directors
