- Forge strategic partnerships with tech giants and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience managing innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder communication
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
