Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies and business models
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI on experimental initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Present quarterly innovation progress to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in innovation/tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or biotech applications
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy publications
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M annually
