Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum) and geopolitical shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 100 clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to build adaptive organizational frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications read by >1M industry professionals annually
- Direct $50M innovation portfolio, evaluating startups and emerging technologies
- Design and teach executive certification programs in future literacy
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems modeling
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (minimum 3 successful exits)
- Fluency in 2+ languages with experience in global markets
- Proficiency in futurist tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ predictions with 85%+ accuracy
