Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, UX designers, and policy experts to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for emerging tech adoption
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and impact narratives
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Mentor junior innovators while maintaining thought leadership through published whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year impact horizons
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable technology, or human-computer interaction
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Horizon Scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning work for technology adoption
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
