Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of senior engineers, architects, and data scientists.
- Architecture & Innovation: Oversee the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud architectures and AI integrations.
- R&D Management: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) and evaluate their viability for implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and business leaders to translate complex requirements into technical strategies.
- Process Optimization: Establish and enforce best practices for agile development, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the long-term future of technology.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
