Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for AI and quantum computing integration.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of elite engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including Neural Networks, Generative AI, and edge computing.
- Ensure System Scalability: Design robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and C-suite executives to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud architecture (AWS, GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
