Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D initiatives and proof-of-concept projects.
- Present complex strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership with high-impact visualizations.
- Manage the technology budget and allocate resources for high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and industry thought leaders.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation and agile problem-solving across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology management, consulting, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining successful long-term technology roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI, Automation, and Future-of-Work paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
