Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the company’s 2026 technology roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current workflows.
- Oversee system scalability, security, and performance optimization for high-growth scenarios.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
