Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for organizational evolution
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to anticipate and prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Conduct deep-dive trend analysis across technology, socioeconomic, and geopolitical domains
- Design and execute innovation pipelines targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
