- Present futures briefings to federal technology policy boards
- Mentor protégees through Horizon's Quantum Futures Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published thought leadership on quantum-AI symbiosis or neuro-digital ethics
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi)
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and predictive analytics
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain
