Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-vision implementation
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Represent company vision at global forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of delivering trend analysis that influenced organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant equivalent
