Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year tech roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams developing next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite to shape strategic tech investments and policy recommendations
- Drive innovation sprints for emerging technologies with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers while fostering a culture of rapid prototyping
- Present breakthrough innovations to industry leaders and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $1M+ budgets
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive presentations
