Responsibilities
- Develop and execute futuristic talent acquisition strategies for emerging tech roles in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotechnology
- Build and maintain active pipelines of passive candidates using next-generation sourcing techniques including AI-driven talent mapping
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define competency frameworks for 2026-era technical roles
- Design immersive candidate experiences leveraging VR/AR interview technologies
- Analyze talent market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and diversity initiatives
- Lead employer branding initiatives targeting the 2026 tech workforce demographic
- Mentor junior recruiters on futuristic assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven success in emerging tech sectors
- Expertise in AI/ATS systems and predictive analytics for talent forecasting
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology landscapes
- Experience designing competency frameworks for future-facing technical roles
- Track record of building diverse talent pipelines in competitive tech markets
- Certification in Future Skills Assessment (FSA) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in VR/AR interview technologies and metaverse recruitment platforms
- Strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI
