Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for specialized tech roles (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech)
- Develop predictive talent pipelines and market intelligence for 2026 tech trends
- Lead employer branding initiatives for technical positions across platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech forums
- Design and optimize candidate assessments and interview processes for emerging technologies
- Partner with engineering leadership to define competency frameworks for future skill requirements
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and tech industry insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech talent
- Proficiency in Boolean/X-Ray search techniques and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter tactics
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent pipelines for emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of technical competencies and future skill trends
- Track record of building diverse engineering teams through inclusive hiring practices
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
