Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for corporate positions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for executive, technical, and administrative roles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and expectations
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive compensation
- Ensure compliance with EEO regulations and corporate hiring policies
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including social media, referrals, and job boards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate recruitment experience with full-cycle hiring
- Proven track record of placing candidates in corporate environments
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of Fresno's local talent market and corporate landscape
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
