Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber professionals across IT, finance, and executive roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate clients using ATS platforms
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams and candidates
- Generate detailed recruitment analytics and pipeline reports
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and corporate diversity initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate recruitment experience with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in passive candidate sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of corporate HRIS systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
