Responsibilities
- Design and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for corporate clients in Seattle's tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Spearhead talent sourcing across LinkedIn, niche job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct high-volume screening and interviews for executive to mid-level roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and ensure timely candidate updates
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier corporate talent
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years corporate recruitment experience with weekly payroll exposure
- Proven track record placing candidates in $90K+ roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with recruitment metrics interpretation
- SHRM-CP or CPHR certification preferred
