Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent pipeline development and sourcing to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding top-tier corporate talent.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand organizational needs, define role requirements, and build comprehensive hiring strategies.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for Nexus Corporate Partners, showcasing our company culture and values to attract passive candidates and enhance our reputation in the Denver corporate sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to benchmark compensation packages and stay informed on industry trends to ensure our hiring practices remain competitive.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment workflows and systems to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in corporate talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA or SHRM-CP/SPHR certification is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, and familiarity with social recruiting tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and candidates effectively.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Denver, Colorado.
