This role combines deep technical acumen with forward-thinking business strategy to position our company as a market leader.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with investor vision
- Present disruptive tech opportunities to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor teams in next-gen technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience with tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate trends into actionable plans
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
