Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead ideation workshops for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current products
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Build and lead an internal innovation accelerator program
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
