Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic tech roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/ML-driven solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business growth targets
- Conduct future-state market analysis and competitive technology audits
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships
- Present tech vision to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation and ethical tech frameworks
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
