Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through compelling business cases
- Present disruption scenarios to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Monitor global tech trends and patent landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Strategy (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Experience securing >$10M in innovation funding
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
