Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech implications (2020-2023)
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Google) or equivalent
- Track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating work on ethical AI frameworks or metaverse infrastructure
