Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on AI-driven automation and quantum integration.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI safety) and evaluate their viability for core products.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Bridge the gap between R&D and product teams, ensuring technical feasibility for upcoming releases.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or neural architecture search.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
