- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to market-ready solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse on future technologies
- Mentor next-gen technologists through Horizon's Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record implementing quantum/AI solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or emerging technology domains
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for future-tech initiatives
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and system architecture
