Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future technology applications
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Research and evaluate breakthrough technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic)
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen deployment
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech market disruptions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
