Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast industry impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Present trend reports and actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and market shifts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in innovation management or foresight methodologies preferred
