- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and blockchain solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.) for strategic opportunities
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized autonomous systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate futuristic technologies into core business strategy
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists in cutting-edge technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major tech implementations with 2026+ impact
