- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech and materials science
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight to board members and investors
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or blockchain systems
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature Futures)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling technology teams across multiple innovation cycles
- Fluency in emerging tech frameworks (Web3, AGI, quantum-resistant cryptography)
