Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development pipelines
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technological disruption risks/opportunities
- Establish innovation labs for rapid prototyping of 2026-era solutions
- Mentor talent in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, AR/VR, Web3)
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
